Echo Origin supported GSA with the operational management of the GWCM PMO. Through a combination of meeting management and facilitation, strategic planning, and project management support, Echo Origin was able to assist the GWCM PMO and OMB in building a robust government-wide program that engaged users across every agency to help them better understanding, and improve, how the government spends its money. Echo Origin supported data scientists, data analysts, subject matter experts, and agency stakeholders in creating valuable Tableau visualizations of the Federal Procurement Database System in combination with other data sets to provide valuable insights into how the government currently spends its money and identify ways it can more effectively spend it in the future.
